Purpose of the Job
To coordinate, manage and oversee
all Human Resources operational activities within a defined geographic
area, as well as act as a centre of expertise for certain critical Group
HR functions.
Main Responsibilities
1. HR Operations
1. Coordinate and
manage (functionally) all HR operations within a designated area to
ensure that all critical operational HR functions are optimised.
2. Ensure the provision of a comprehensive HR service to line management in the designated areas of jurisdiction.
3. Functionally manage the HR Operational Managers in these designated areas.
4. Ensure that all Group HR strategies and plans are implemented in a customised manner in the designated areas.
