Report Fits the Scenario: Does the report fit the scenario given? This scores 1 or 0, if the report does not fit the scenario and the score is 0 then the marking is complete and the candidate scores 00% in total.

Facts Included:       1 – 4 facts scores     :           1
                                    5 – 8 facts scores     :           2
                                    9 – 12 facts scores   :           3
                                    13 – 16 facts scores :           4
                                    17 – 20 facts scores :           5

Structure of the Report: If the report is difficult to read and understand, it is scored as 1.
If the report is understandable but contains some spelling and grammatical errors, then 2 mark is awarded. A report which is easy to read, grammatically correct, with minor spelling error scores 3.

Time Sequence: If the report in general follows the correct time sequence then, 1 mark is given.

This gives an overall potential of scoring 10 marks (100%) and is scored on the above matrix.

The candidate needs to score 6 marks, which will reward him with a passing mark of 60%.
