- Set objectives, provide direction and support his team to deliver world class performance.

- Lead the safe operation and comply with legal, legislate and corporate safety requirements.

- Develop, analyse and manage operational expenses.
- Work with cross functional teams such as supply chain, finance, sales and marketing and quality.
- Work with HR to build a positive employee relations and industrial relations culture.
- Train, coach and provide development opportunities for staff.
- Must have Bachelor in Engineering / Production / Management.
- Must have 5 years experience in the manufacturing or logistics / distribution environment.
- Must have 3 years in managerial/leadership position.
- Must have experience working in a multinational company.
- Good knowledge of SAP / MFGpro or similar software.
- Analytical, problem identification and problem solving skills.
- Gujarati/Punjabi speaking candidates preferred.
