Overall purpose of the job
Reporting to the Director, Examinations, the incumbent will be in charge of ensuring the effective administration and implementation of sound Examination procedures. The position holder will also be in charge of the registration of candidates and management of examination administration process, including the management of examination centres.
Key Responsibilities
a) Develop and administer procedures for exam administration;
b) Identify suitable and adequate examination venues;
c) Recruit and ensure adequate number of exam supervisors/invigilators and markers.
d) Plan and manage exam distribution and administration logistics;
e) Coordinate the marking process;
f) Develop and implement exam appeal process;
g) Establish and administer a system for processing examination results
h) Take custody of completed examinations awaiting marking
i) Process certificates for various examinations once results have been approved and establish a secure system of certification to ensure only those who pass exams get final certificates;
j) Timely release of final results and certificates
Qualifications and skills
a) A Masters Degree in Education, Business or Law
b) A professional qualification in exam management
c) Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar environment or field.
d) Knowledge and High proficiency in use of ICT.
e) Good Organizational skills
f) Ability to work under minimum supervision

a) Administer quality standards for approval for legal training providers;

c) Monitor the adherence to standards of training and set curriculum by all training institutions;
d) Receive and review all applications for recognition, equation and accreditation of foreign legal qualifications in Kenya and make recommendations to the Director;

Overall purpose of the job
Reporting to the Finance, Planning and Administration manager The Finance Officer will prepare budgets analyse risks and ensure that any expenditure is within voted funds and monitor budget implementation.
Key Responsibilities
a) Preparing expenditure forecasts as per National Treasury guidelines;
b) Initiating proposals seeking funds for additional expenditure and reallocation of voted funds.
c) Monitoring expenditure and projects including programme implementation
d) Contribution to the financial aspects of the strategic planning process and ensure that internal financial targets and budgets are fully consistent with the strategic plan and relevant agreements.
e) Manage working capital, assets and liabilities
f) undertake product and service costing tasks
Knowledge, Skills & Experience and Personal Attributes
a) Bachelors Degree in Finance or Economics from a recognized university;
b) Masters degree will be an added advantage
c) Full professional qualification in CPA-K, ACCA, CFA
d) Have a minimum of 4 years work experience in a busy accounting environment a team player and high level interpersonal skills;
e) Must be computer literate;
