Overall purpose of the job: Administrative Assistant will be

Overall purpose of the job: Reporting to Manager,
QCA the successful candidate will provide support in carrying out
benchmarking and research, and documentation.Key Responsibilities a) Carry out research in relevant areas on legal education and training; b) Prepare comprehensive reports on trends in legal education and training; c) Make relevant recommendations based on research carried out; d) Undertake other duties as shall be assigned. Qualifications and skills a) Bachelors Degree in Law; b) Training and experience in the areas of Standards and accreditation; c) At least 4 years relevant working experience; d) Experience in conducting research; e) Good report writing skills; f) A team player, high level interpersonal skills; g) Ability to work with minimum supervision and adhere to set timeliness; h) Must be computer literate; SALARY SCALE BASIC PAY: Kshs.57,500 x 2,875 to 60,375 x 2,875 to 63,250 x 2,875 to 66,125 x 2,875 to 69,000 x 2,875 to 71,875 x 2,875 to 74,750 x 2,875 to 77,625 x 2,875 to 80,500 x 2,875 to 83,375 HOUSE ALLOWANCE: Kshs.35,000 COMMUTTER ALLOWANCE: Kshs.8,000 All applicants MUST be of the highest ethical standards, integrity and professionalism and comply with the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
