IT Helpdesk and Technical Support Assistant
National Team for Accelerating Poverty Reduction (TNP2K)
Jakarta, Indonesia – Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade–Australian Aid funded Poverty Reduction Support Facility (PRSF)
PRSF is a joint facility between
Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade–Australian Aid and the
Government of Indonesia to improve the quality of policy advice for
poverty programs in Indonesia.
GRM International is the Managing
Contractor contracted by Department of Foreign Affairs and
Trade–Australian Aid to manage the implementation of PRSF.
This position is responsible for
effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and
maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure
at a lower level of IT services.
Essential Criteria:
- Education and technical skills: Technical degree or diploma and/or equivalent business experience.
- Minimum 1 – 3 years’ experience years’ work experience in a helpdesk or IT support role
- Relevant professional certificate
such as MCP, or MCSE. is an advantage. Strong communication and phone
skills; excellent customer service, analytical and problem solving
skills a must, Strong support knowledge of PC hardware, Microsoft and
Apple operating systems, MS Office Suite and Office 365 suite,
Sharepoint Intranet.
- Preferred prior experience working with Government of Indonesia data systems and management level within organization.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa
