This position is located in Air Traffic Control Division, Station Airfield Operations Department, Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni Japan. As Air Traffic Control Specialist you will provide Tower Control, Radar Approach Control, Aircraft Control Separation, and Ground Controlled Approach services to aircraft within the delegated airspace. You will ensure all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Naval (NAVAIR) Instructions, Marine Corps and Japan Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB) Instructions, International Civil Aviation Operations (JCAB) Facility publications and directives are adhered to.Must be registered for Selective Service, see Legal & Regulatory Guidance.Suitable for Federal employment as determined by background investigation.Selectee may be required to successfully complete a probationary period.
