* The process work flow and documentation of the procurement of capital, non-capital and transfer assets. Assist in preparing summary documentation of the asset disposal and donation process including authorization in accordance with the delegated authority;
* Enhance and improve the current asset forms for assets additions, transfer/cost adjustment;
* Learn the review and enhancement of the asset procurement catalogue;
* Ensure that the rules, policies and procedures related to the organization’s Asset Management and
* operations manual are incorporated into the AM training program to help us better serve our stakeholders;
* Contribute to information management and circulate AM related information to UN Women clients;
* Organize the production of annual and other periodical statistical reports including data gathering, analysis and report writing.
To be trained in the review and monitoring of asset management processes and develops processes check list(s) focusing on achievement of the following results:
* Learn the Development and implementation of new systems for internal control that ensure compliance with the physical asset verification and lease certifications;
* Learn and contribute to the development of new asset management tools, systems, policies, manuals, templates, guidelines etc. ;
* Learn the business and process flows in harmony with the Property Plant and Equipment. Knowledge building and knowledge sharing, focusing on achievement of the following results:
* Train on how to develop the asset management training plans and prepare online training materials;
* Share knowledge and expertise with other colleagues on the asset management and Property Plant and Equipment reporting process;
* Knowledge of advancing and maintaining the Asset Management content of UN-WOMEN’s intra and intranet, data content and dissemination to stakeholders;
* Synthesis of lessons learnt and best practices in Asset Management and Lease Certifications.
