- - 3+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, developing, and
maintaining systems and business documents including system
requirements, system specifications, use cases, test cases, workflows,
and design documentations for a .NET web-based system. - 2+ years of
experience eliciting, refining, and deriving organizational information
and process needs and business requirements from various stakeholders. -
2+ years of experience analyzing business processes and workflows,
identifying bottlenecks, and proposing recommended solutions. -
Experience with software development lifecycle and web-based
applications development practices (especially Agile/SCRUM). - Strong
analytical, problem solving, and project management skills, including a
thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs into
effective application requirements. - Experience coordinating,
communicating, and monitoring system changes and deployments with
developers and administrators. - Experience with MS Office products
including Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Visio, and Sharepoint. -
Ability to conduct oral and slide presentation and briefings to
stakeholders. - Experience with testing, identifying, and reporting
application and system defects. - Knowledge of system security
requirements and security controls
- Preferred Skills:
- - Bachelor's of
Science in the field of information, technology or engineering -
Security+ certification or equivalent - Experience in an Information
System Security Office (ISSO) - Good oral and written communication
skills - Project management experience; PMP certification - Data
modeling and architecture knowledge - System Certification and
accreditation knowledge
BAE Systems Intelligence and
Security is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, detail-oriented
individual to serve as the business and systems analyst for a production
web-based system for an established component of the Department of
Homeland Security supporting bombing prevention activities. Duties shall
include:
- Articulate new system enhancements from stakeholders to evolve the system with growing business needs.
