Minimum Requirements
NB!! Client must be able to work in Namibia or have Namibian citizenship
Skills/Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Grade 12
· Computer literate
· PSIRA Grade-B registered
· Must have filled a senior position within security for at least 3 years
· Hands on with great operational skills and administratively competent.
· Ability to draft rosters
· Relevant experience within an aviation environment
· Valid driver’s license with own transport
· Armed Response and Guarding experience
· Must understand armed response
Role and Responsibilities
· Management of staff to ensure that staff are disciplined, committed and motivated
· Manage the co-ordination, planning and control of administrative and financial issues in the guarding arena
· Ensuring client satisfaction through consistent and efficient client liaison and site management
· The management, co-ordination, planning and control of logistics
