Internship Enterprise Solutions Team Assistant (ICT)

The successful candidate will be part of a team which is involved in several projects, ranging from financial systems, CRM, SharePoint, and other areas. Under this overall framework, the intern is expected to carry out one or more areas from a list of opportunities:

* SharePoint: Running and Analyzing statistical data and maintaining data (taxonomy, security groups, etc)
* Data Analysis: Running weekly reports and analyzing status of cases
* Business Analysis: Analyzing department needs and gathering requirements
* Training: Formatting support documentation in MS Word; helping manage training and webcasts
* Marketing and Communications: Craft messages and communications for the rollout efforts
* CRM: Analyzing solutions provided to users and building a clean user support knowledge base
* Project Management: Organize and maintain notes and agenda for management meetings; manage classes; manage the issues list to expedite the closure of open items
* Other tasks as needed
