Experience required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: performing clerical, administrative and technical functions in support of a unit or activity. Responsible for correspondence, records management, files maintenance and one-time/recurring reports related to administrative, personnel, training, payroll and supply functions. Manage personnel, finance and automated systems activities to process personnel and military pay actions or issues.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency (knowledge, skills, abilities) in the following areas:

• Knowledge of organizational objectives
• Knowledge of military programs
• Skill in customer service
• Ability to research and analyze
• Ability to organize workload
