as IC common software applications (WISE, M3, TAC) and HUMINT-specific
software applications such as HOT-R. - Outstanding written and verbal
communication skills.
- Preferred Skills:
- - BA/BS in
Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Statistics, Social
Sciences, Computer Science, or related fields. - Demonstrated previous
work experience in HUMINT operations support or collection management.
Candidate
conducts HUMINT Collection Operations Management and Collection
Requirements Management to support a national level intelligence
customer. Maintains detailed situational awareness regarding HUMINT
operations for the assigned collection platforms or within the assigned
overall AOR. Maintains collection metrics and requirements tasking data
for assigned collection platforms. Assists in the development of
comprehensive strategies to improve HUMINT collection against the IC's
highest priority collection requirements. Serves as subject matter
expert on all aspects of HUMINT requirements and reporting procedures,
to include the HUMINT reporting evaluation program.
